The regulatory environment of credit and collections is ever changing and, today more than ever, the shifting landscape threatens significant risk to both debt collection agencies and the creditors they serve. Our clients rely upon our compliance expertise to mitigate that risk, and to safeguard their brand image in the marketplace. With a devoted Compliance team that includes in-house counsel and an ACA-Certified Credit and Collection Compliance Officer, their trust in AmSher is well placed.

AmSher has always been committed to doing things the right way. Therefore compliance has never been a stand-alone unit, but rather a collaborative commitment across all company departments. The Compliance team works closely with all business units on process documentation and validation. They partner with Training personnel to ensure that all AmSher employees receive clear instruction on these internal policies and procedures, and with Quality Assurance to monitor and audit consistent application. As appropriate, our Compliance team also joins with Client Service to proactively educate our clients on emerging trends, and to make recommendation for improved practices.

In addition to supporting and safeguarding our compliance strategies, the information gathered also serves to direct ongoing agent coaching opportunities and skill development.
